We are excited to announce that Bikers and Bunnies is ready to start scholarships for new riders starting in July. We are looking for donations of safety equipment that is required for classes. Participating scholars will need a D.O.T approved helmet, long sleeves and jeans or chaps to cover their arms and legs. If they do not have a full face helmets they will also need to have eye protection. Participates will also need boots that cover their ankles and riding gloves to protect their hands. Bikers and Bunnies is accepting donations of any of these items for safety to keep on hand for our participates to use should they need them. As a group that promotes safety and awareness our main focus is to help new riders start their journey safely. Donations can be dropped off at our current home at 3305 Beck st greensboro NC 27405 or you can call Cookie at 813 802 2276 to arrange pick up.
We will announce when we send the first person through. And we will have applications available soon on the site for those interested in a scholarship to take the course.
